Match report Cloudy morning and overnight rain made sure the match started an hr late at 10am. Challengers won the toss decided to bat first. Dhana and satosh started the innings. They lost early wickets. Prashanth stabilized their innings (14 of 23) for a while before hunters came back. Wickets kept falling at regular intervals and only notable scores were from Bhaskar 11(7) and Anoop 10(12). This resulted in a challengers score of only 87/10 in 17.5 overs. For hunters kiran and Jagadish bowled very well to pick 3 wickets each. Other bowlers claimed wicket a piece.
Hunters started with Pavan and Vamsi. They started briskly but lost 2 quick wickets until Pradeep salla 10(23) and Sandeep Chinni 11(9) stabilized their innings. After fall of sandeep, Jagadish 9(11) and the new recruit Vamsi 12(24) kept the scoreboard moving. However Satish and Sarvanan bowled brilliantly along with Lenin and santosh. They kept chipping with the wickets at later stages of the game that made sure hunters only reach a total of 78/10 in 18.3 overs. They lost by 9 runs. Satish, lenin, satosh and sarvanan took 2 wickets each. Satish was man of the match.
