Match report It all started cold with the temperature less than 50 C, but the game did not stop. Challengars never lost till saturday came with a formidable line-up
with Karan, Arun and Manju as a captain looking solid. Hunters too had a decent line up with Mr. consistent Satish & new find Rohan to bowl with the new ball.
Apparently, captian Dhana lost the toss for the second time and forced to bat first. It was all about a great opening stand between Satish & Dhana.
Hunters frusted challengars by stealing 1's & 2's and hitting the odd boundary in each over. Finaly at 13 th over, when Hunters were 125, Dhana got retired
out for 70 runs. As usual Satish made 50 at ease and got out trying to heave a boundary. Hunters lost wickets then in quick succession to improve the team
total to 181 in 20 overs.
In chasing a formidable total of 182 to win, Challengars started badly by loosing wickets. After getting Avdhoot, suresh & arun cheaply, Karan and Manju picked up
a partnership. After 10 overs Challengars made 58 for 3 wickets. Karan batted well for his 31 before getting stumped out to Dhana. Then hopes of a challengars win
became difficult. But finaly, it was Manju's batting, which made a moral boost for challengars. Manju stood till the end and made 76 not out for his team.
Even Manju could not stop his team loosing for 29 runs. Yes Hunters again won the match for the third time in this league!!!
