I recently moved to Fremont, NE, and am an avid cricket enthusiast (the longer the version, the more interested I am in the result). I blog regularly on cricket and other topics, and watch every minute of any Test match, especially ones that India plays. For the past decade or so I was involved with cricket in Columbus, Ohio, and Pittsburgh, PA, as a member of the West Virginia University Cricket Club. The last two years were spent in the PCA (www.pittsburghcricket.com). I believe that cricket is a sport that appeals across international boundaries and (based upon the interest generated in a few informal clinics I have held in Fremont) can surely become a part of the Omaha sports culture.
