Match report It was a humid day with temperatures in lower 90's.
Toss: Omaha Chargers won the toss and decided to Bowl First.

Omaha hunters started off quitely with a steady opening stand from Dhana and Naveen. Chargers started off their bowling attack with Shanmuga and Srini. Both bowled a decent line and kept the pressure on hunters without giving any easy runs. Manju chipped in and dropped the first blood with Naveen loosing his legstump. Hunters kept on loosing wickets at regular intervals and Bhaskar took 3 wickets with his slow off spinners. Asad and Apshinge steadied the innings for a bit but couldn't latch on. Just when they thought it was all over, Hunter’s captain Pradeesh arised to the stage and hit some lusty blows. Venkat and Anjani gave a good support and helped Pradeesh in setting up a respectable target of 150 with loss of 9 wickets.

Pradeesh made 48*, Asad 15, Apshinge 14.
Bhaskar , Manju 3 wickets each

In reply, Chargers opened with Sandeep and Shanmuga and they had a blistering start with Shanmuga going all guns blazing. By the mid innings break Chargers were 79 for no loss after 10. Spinners came into picture and made life uneasy for the batsmen. Dhana bowled a tight line and got the first break through for Hunters. Shanmuga gone for well made 35. Pradeesh came in and took bindra out trapped leg before. Chandu took bhaskar’s wicket with some nice seam bowling. In comes Manju. Game on. Sandeep and Manju rotated the strike not taking enough risk and made sure that Chargers inched towards the target. Anjani came in and took Manju caught at mid-on. In the end, Goutham and Sandeep stood till the end and took Chargers home. All in all a good game in tough weather conditions.
